TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please review the terms and policies that apply when ordering a metal building through Choice Metal Buildings. These terms include important information regarding scheduling, payments, deposits, site preparation, delivery, installation, and order modifications.

Choice Metal Buildings Deposit Policy
The deposit begins processing and fulfillment of the order and locks pricing for up to six months. It also provides a three-day “no questions asked” refund window; after that, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Cancellations involving a processed payment are subject to a $25 administrative charge where a refund is otherwise available.
For the avoidance of doubt: 72 hours after placing your order, there are no refunds available of the non-refundable deposit.
If you request engineered drawings or engineering specifications, no refunds are available after the request has been made.
Scheduling & Payment
The scheduling department will contact you 3 to 5 days prior to your scheduled installation date to provide final details, the scheduling date and time itself, as well as answer any questions you may have. All orders over $15,000.00 will require 50% of the balance due to be paid at the time of scheduling and the remaining balance to be paid at delivery and installation. If you need anything before this point, please contact Choice Metal Buildings and we will be happy to assist.
Scheduling begins once we have received the required site pictures and permit information, if required by your state or county. This information can be emailed to customercare@choicemetalbuildings.com.
Site Preparation & Permits
It is your (the customer) responsibility to know if you need a permit before you place your order. As well, please make sure that your land is ready for installation and clear of any debris that would inhibit the crew from installing the structure on level land. Note that the footprint of the unit is typically 1’ shorter than the roof length. If you have any questions, please email or call to have them answered before placing your order.
Except as expressly provided in the 72-hour cancellation period above, if you cancel your order, the deposit/down-payment is non-refundable. By placing your deposit, you are agreeing to this policy.
Delivery & Installation
Choice Metal Buildings is not responsible for any manufacturers, delivery agents, or delivery agents' guarantees, warranties, installation issues, delivery times, and any other unforeseen problem(s) that could arise throughout the process of delivery, shipping and/or installation. Any and all of these issues would need to be addressed with those vendors directly.
Order Modification Policy
Any order changes or modifications are subject to a minimum $50 change-order fee, up to a maximum of an additional 10% of the cost of the building, for each modification to an existing order in addition to any increase in cost of the structure or materials from the order modification.
